Boy comes with bib overalls or plain pants (jeans -NEW- are an extra cost), shirt, socks, shoes, and has short hair.

Send me the material from an old wedding dress, favorite grandfather's shirt, or baby's special blanket (must be light weight) to use for the doll's skirt or shirt.

My dolls are hand-sewn to your specifications!! They can be made to resemble your daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, sister, grandmother using the same hair color and skin color, with or without glasses. The doll can be made to represent a certain career or a military doll with his/her name on it. The same face features remains the same on all dolls (some exceptions). The same theme in clothing remains the same on all dolls (with some exceptions) - the girl has a skirt with matching blouse, the boy has bib overalls or pants (NEW: jeans with belt loops/fly/pockets - are an extra cost) and has a shirt. Other outfits can be designed (extra cost to design a pattern).
The doll is made to sit, with legs separate out horizontally, arms in front for balance or can sit with legs straight out. Place the dolls on a bed, windowsill, bookshelf, desk, back of chair, back of car window, or have it's own little chair/rocker to sit on in a corner. Great idea for a country-setting kitchen sitting on a rocker.
Describe what kind of print you want for the girl's skirt or the boy's shirt - perhaps the child likes dogs, cats, or plays with cars, trucks, or likes flowers or bears, or they have a favorite color they like to match their bedroom or bedspread with. Whatever their hobby or interest is, I will try to find the fabric with that design for the girl's skirt or boy's shirt. Adults may want to match it with the same color of the bedroom, and to decorate the room when their grandchildren comes to visit them.

They have hand-stitched mouth and eyes, may use glued google eyes (for older children or adults), yarn hair, filling in body, head, arms, legs, and hands. The hands have two rows of stitches between fingers. The hair can be curly or straight yarn. Each loop of the yarn is hand-sewn on the head 3 times and in 3-4 rows. The hair can be short, medium, or long (long hair is extra cost). The skirt can be taken off (may order more than one skirt but is an extra cost). Bloomers/matching underpants are on all girl dolls. Shoes are the seamstress' choice.
Boy Dolls comes with a bib overall or plain pants and a matching shirt. The skin tone material is used for the head, hands and legs. They have hand-stitched mouth and eyes, glued google eyes (for older children or adults), yarn hair, filling in body, head, arms, legs, and hands. The hands have two rows of stitches between fingers. The hair can be curly or straight/wavey yarn. Each loop of the yarn is hand-sewn on the head in 3-4 rows. The boy's hair is short. Boy comes with bib overall or plain pants (jeans are an extra cost). Boys may have a uniform made (exta cost). Shoes are the seamstress' choice.
The doll is approx 26" high, and sits approx 14" high.
They can have the child's name monogrammed on it for a "personal touch."
Recommended for ages 6 and up (because of the eyes, or ask for sewn-on eyes).
The dolls are soft and huggable!!!
